For commercial services, North Star may require a separate written service agreement, proposal, scope of work, or other documentation before services begin.

Any separate service agreement entered into between North Star and a customer will govern the actual cleaning services. If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separately executed service agreement regarding the cleaning services, the applicable service agreement will control with respect to those services.
